Homebuyers Reports

Energy Reports (EPC’s)

A Domestic Energy Report is an assessment of the thermal performance of a residential property and this report forms part of the Home Information Pack (HIP). The energy Performance Certificate is designed to show you how you can improve the thermal performance ot your home. The inspection takes into account factors such as the size and age of the property as well as type of constuction, heating systems and levels of thermal insulation.
